Who we build for
Each organisation type gets the modules it needs — nothing more, nothing less.
Run your cooperative digitally
Move member accounts, loan workflows, share registers, and dividend cycles off spreadsheets and into a system your board and staff can actually rely on.
- ● Member shares and dividends
- ● Branch and head-office setup
- ● Loan products and approvals
Keep group finances clear
Record contributions, manage cash rounds, and give every member a view of where the group's money stands — without losing the trust that holds the group together.
- ● Rotating cash rounds
- ● Contribution history per member
- ● Branch savings accounts
Lend with less admin overhead
Set up loan products, track who owes what, and follow repayments from a single dashboard — designed for lenders who work closely with the communities they serve.
- ● Flexible loan products
- ● Repayment schedules and reminders
- ● Portfolio overview
Pool money with confidence
Help members contribute, allocate shares, and see returns in a way everyone can verify — so the club stays focused on growing together, not disputing the books.
- ● Pooled contributions
- ● Share tracking
- ● Member statements
Less manual work, more time for members
SACCOs carry a lot on paper — member ledgers, loan files, share registers, meeting minutes. Uniwealth brings those workflows online so treasurers, loan officers, and secretaries spend less time reconciling and more time serving members.

People's savings and loan records deserve proper protection. We take that seriously.

Open books
Members and administrators can trace transactions back to the source.
Designed with treasurers
Workflows reflect how SACCOs and groups actually operate, not how a bank wishes they would.

We ship updates regularly based on feedback from the institutions using the platform.
What administrators tell us
Feedback from treasurers, chairpersons, and managers using Uniwealth day to day.
"We used to spend two days after every AGM reconciling share records. Now the system does it while the meeting is still going on. Our members noticed the difference immediately."
Sarah Nakato
Treasurer, Kampala Teachers SACCO
"Our group had arguments every cash-round cycle about who paid what. Since we moved to Uniwealth, everyone checks their own balance online. The disputes basically stopped."
James Okello
Chairperson, Ntinda Savings Group
"I run a small lending operation. Before Uniwealth I had loan schedules in three different notebooks. Now I know exactly who is overdue before I even leave the office."
Grace Achieng
Director, East Africa Micro Finance
Common questions
What kinds of organisations can use Uniwealth?
SACCOs, village savings groups, VSLAs, micro-lenders, lending companies, and investment clubs. When you set up your organisation you choose the type, and the platform enables the modules that fit — savings, loans, shares, cash rounds, and so on.
How do we get started?
Reach out through our contact page. We'll discuss your organisation's structure, help you configure the right setup, and support your administrators through the first few weeks of use.
Do members need special devices or training?
Members access the platform through a web browser on any phone or computer. The interface is straightforward — check balance, view transactions, apply for a loan. Most groups find that a short orientation at a meeting is enough.
Is our data safe?
Yes. We use encryption, PIN-based authentication, role-based permissions, and maintain audit logs on financial activity. We follow applicable data protection and financial services regulations in Uganda.
